This is a picture I was totally surprised to see on Facebook one morning when Chris took the boys for the. I had no idea he was going to the Barber for the first time :( He needed it, but I was still sad for his curls to get cut off.
Discovery Kingdom
Discovery Kingdom is a Six Flags Amusement Park, which also has a lot of marine life (It used to be called Marine World before hit was bought out by Six Flags) We decided to go the week before the schools got out here, and it was perfect!! No lines, not too hot yet, and we all had a blast! Our very good friend Brooke Moser came with us, which was good, because three adults were great so one could stay with the kids when the other two went on Adult rides. Discovery Kingdom also has marine life shows, which is basically identical to Seaworld. They were much better than I thought they would be. Mason loved the killer whale show!
I was not anywhere near this snake. Those who know me well, know that I HATE snakes, and even just blogging about this picture is making me breathe funny. Ugh. Thanks for taking the picture Brooke, I think.

Mason had no idea who any of the Looney Tunes characters are. So sad. This generation is really missing out. He still enjoyed all the dressed up characters anyway though.
Mason got to go on his roller coaster. He loved it, and wanted to do it again. Chris and I? Not so much. I went on it first with Mason, and it was the jerkiest thing I have ever been on! Not so good for my back. I made Chris go on it the second time.

The Shark tank was a big hit. Davis loved crawling right up to all the sharks.
Look closely and you see a little head in the Thunder Mountain water ride. Mason wasn't quite tall enough, but we knew he would love it. Somehow Chris got him through. He loved that he got spoken wet.
June was also a fun month of playdates.
Mason and his friends Haven and Austin.
We had a pladydate at the Automobile Museum. That was very cool for both of us.
Old race car
Insisted on a picture with Lightening McQueen :)
Mason and Elliott trying out the pool for the first time for the summer.
BMX park. There is a weekend in June where Folsom celebrates with a Cyclebration. It is everything bicycles. Races, bike scavenger hunts, BMX competitions. Fun stuff. I was trying to get a good shot of one of the pros in the background, but it wasn't working so well. Oh well.
We live by the Fish Hatchery, Mason loves feeding all of the fish.
Love when they play well together :)
Zoo Day and Boating
Then it was off to the lake. We love living by Folsom Lake it is Beautiful!
First time on a tube. He loved it of course.
Angora Lake
I love this picture of Mason coming down the trail. He was having such a good time jumping off of every rock and just taking his time exploring. I love how big the trees are next to him. I also love that he jumped so much his pants fell off and he didn't care, just kept on going.
Love this picture with Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake in the background.
These two pictures sum up how I spend my time at church.... I get points for going still right?
Mason is trying out Chris's Father's Day present. A car map "back rub" shirt. Thank you Pinterest.
DJ Jazzy Mason
Chinese Night. We did a "Cultural" night with the boys. Had Chinese food for dinner, watched Big Bird Goes To China, and then Chris taught Mason to count to ten in Chinese and read them their bed time books in Chinese. It was a fun night!
Always on the swings....
Loving bath time at our house. These boys LOVE bath time. which is a good thing since they are always filthy.
Just a note for June. I got stung by a bee. I had never been stung before, and had a crazy reaction. If you can tell my left foot on the inside is very swollen. In the next few days my foot would swell up from above the ankle clear to my toes. It was weird, and pretty painful!
My babies fell asleep in the bike trailer holding hands. So precious.

Brooke and I thought we would give it a shot and drive to San Jose for the Gymnastics Olympic Trials. It was completely sold out, and there weren't even any scalper tickets. So sad. But at least we got to hang out for the Gymnastics Block Party after the competition and see the 2012 Olympic Gymnastics Team! Go USA!
I think he is looking forward to the post about July
