A few Halloween

I was bad.  I didn't get very good pictures of our costumes.  And I didn't get a family picture at all, which kind of ruins our theme.  But, here is our Charlie Brown and our Woodstock.  You can just picture in your mind me as Snoopy and Chris as Linus :)

We Try to Stay Busy

I joined the Sierra Mom's Club after Davis was born, so we have been getting together with a lot of other moms and kids around the area to stay busy.  It has been a lot of fun so far.  First thing we did was go to the fish hatchery.  Mason loved being able to feed the fish, but also loved crawling in this huge Salmon Mouth!

We have also been able to visit with the Hills a lot in the past few months.  We love being close to them.  And Mason is in heaven when he is with his cousins!

.....Except when Chris makes him wear the snowboard on the trampoline....

About 2 months ago, my nephew Daniel was with the rest of the family at the Reno Air Races.  They were in the VIP Seating where the plane crash occurred.  Daniel was hit by shrapnel from the crashing plane, and was in critical condition for awhile.  We are so blessed that he was able to pull through, and is doing very well now.  We were also very blessed that no one else in our family was hurt or worse.  We love you Daniel!!

Constantly trying to keep this guy entertained when he can't go outside.   So, we took some paper that was used to stuff a package that came in the mail and traced him so he could color his picture.  He of course wanted to make sure Davis was traced as well.

But Davis is usually good at sleeping through most of the fun for now.

What could be more fun than fishing for letters in the tub?  He mostly got excited with the food coloring though.  But I do have to say this was a success.

Every Fall, just up the hill from us is a place called Apple Hill, where it is Apple Heaven!!  We went a couple times this year and had some great Apple pie both times.  The apple cider was also amazing.

My boys are getting so big.  I had to get a few pictures of them in their church best.

And just a couple of extra's from random times in the day.

Life As A Boy

We went to Yosemite this weekend and Mason had a great time exploring!!

Started out in the carrier......

Then wanted to climb a tree.....

We were able to do Davis's baby blessing at my grandparents house so my dad and Grandpa could help with the blessing.  It made it that much more special.
